THE Q PRODUCTIONS PROCESS

We’ve developed an efficient turn-key process by which to effectively manage large-scale event marketing campaigns. We call this process the Way of Q:

Step One - The Plan

The key foundation of every Q Productions initiative begins with creative brainstorming sessions that generate focused creative and strategic briefs. This way, we don’t just establish a clear path; we establish accountability at each step in the process. These strategies help us to outline budgets and develop measures of succes as they relate to your brand.

Step Two - The Concept

With a solid set of parameters, the Q Productions creativity goes to work and the campaign comes to life. We have a wide span of resources to make the impossible seem so much less so, allowing the strategy to dictate the ideas. All of which lead to stronger brand building and ultimately brand loyalty.

Step Three - We Build.

While the Concept phase often showcases the willingness to go beyond the expected ideas, the Build stage is where clients see the value of our turn-key process. Our team of designers and fabricators create high-caliber experiential componentry including 3-D site models, engaging touch-screen kiosks, event displays, fully customized buses, arcade-style games and more.

Step Four - We Train.

We not only source and hire Brand Ambassadors to carefully represent your brand, we also insist on thorough product and retail education. We conduct background checks and submit all employees to applicable safety courses. Essentially, we recruit and train your brand’s army so you don’t have to. Prior to any of this, however, we work with your team to design an efficient, informative training program to ensure our people know key facets of your brand and product.

Step Five - We Execute

Following a detailed plan, our Account Managers and Brand Ambassadors are focused down to the smallest details from setup through teardown, thereby assuring the campaigns’s objectives are consistently exceeded. This includes capturing consumer input through photography and video/audio bites to enhance our event reporting. Additionally, Account Managers and Brand Ambassadors are expected to discuss and review each individual event, and we empower them to make adjustments and changes as needed to even better meet the campaign’s objectives.

Step Six - We Report.

Our Brand Ambassadors constantly gather and track metrics and trends after each event. From there, they report key consumer insights to the management teams and clients in an easy-to-access online platform. At the conclusion of each campaign, we also conduct a formal review, which includes: goals met, objective analysis, budget and inventory reconciliation, and ROI summaries. This ensures campaign expectations, brand impressions and sales figures are met.
